Amuna Baraka-Clarke, CHRL, serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at LOFT Community Services since August 2020, after holding the position of Senior Director in the same department. Prior experience includes directing HR and operations at Jane/Finch Community and Family Centre from 2012 to August 2020 and serving as a DiverseCity Fellow at CivicAction in 2019. Earlier in the career, Amuna was the Director of Administration at Parkdale Community Legal Services from 2001 to 2011. Academic qualifications include an Executive Education program in Performance Measurement for Nonprofit Organizations from Harvard Business School in 2018, a Master's degree in Public Policy, Administration & Law from York University (2016-2018), and a degree in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College.
