Clotilde Grimault has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2023. Clotilde started their career as an Engineering intern at Agusta Aerospace Corporation in 2003. Clotilde then worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Altitude, Inc. from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Philips and served as a Function Developer and later as a Digital Function Developer. Clotilde then took on the role of Product Owner for Philips Grooming app from 2015 to 2016 before progressing to the position of Data and Analytics Lead from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Clotilde is working at Loft as a Director of Program Management since 2021. Clotilde has also held roles as an Executive Director and currently serves as the Director of Product at Loft.

Clotilde Grimault has a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering. Clotilde obtained a Master of Engineering degree from Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) from 2000 to 2005. In 2002 to 2003, they also participated in an exchange program at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on Mechanical Engineering. Grimault later pursued further studies at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2006, earning a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Grimault has also acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Clotilde obtained a Product Owner certification from the Scaled Agile Framework in January 2017. In 2013, they obtained a Lean scheduling coach certification from Philips, and in 2011, they received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Philips Lean Six Sigma chapter.
