Mustafa Senhaji has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 1999, they worked at KPMG as a Users Technical Support, where they gained skills in NT 4. Mustafa then joined Sema Global Services in 2001 as an Operating Analyst, where they were responsible for Linux server supervision and application alerts. In 2005, they worked as a Java Developer at Kingfisher plc, participating in the development of a software remote distribution solution.

In 2007, they joined Decathlon France as a Java/J2EE Developer, managing direct marketing databases and applications in the CRM department. In 2008, Mustafa worked for the European Commission as a Senior Java/J2EE/Swing Developer, in charge of an application managing the decisional workflow of the commission.

From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Geolatys as a Lead Developer, responsible for the audit and migration of an OpenSource application to a JAVA/J2EE architecture. In 2014, they joined the European Research Council as a Lead Developer, where they developed an application management solution for the H2020 program.

From 2017 to 2019, Mustafa worked at Leroy Merlin as a Scrum Master/Digital Owner, managing a team of 10 people and implementing the Scrum framework. Currently, they are the CEO & Co-Founder of Lodago, an all-round solution for booking meetings faster and easier.

Mustafa Senhaji has a background in computer engineering and information technology. Mustafa attended the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, where they pursued a degree in MIAGE (Ingénierie informatique) and a Bachelor D2AI in IT. Mustafa also attended ESIG School of IT and management, where they completed a BTS Network Management and Administration degree. In terms of additional certifications, Mustafa completed several courses on Coursera, including "Convolutional Neural Networks in TensorFlow," "Introduction to TensorFlow for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning," "Deep Learning Specialization," "Sequence Models," "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter Tuning, Regularization and Optimization," "Neural Networks and Deep Learning," "Structuring Machine Learning Projects," and "Convolutional Neural Networks."
