Thomas Mountz is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in water resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. since June 2019, Mountz oversees various water resources projects throughout Texas, including stormwater design, FEMA studies, and stream restoration. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at RPS North America, Project Manager at LJA Engineering, and Managing Engineer at RPS and Espey Consultants, where responsibilities encompassed project management in water resources, drainage design, and watershed studies.
