Cannon Cocquyt is currently a participant in the Commercial Real Estate Workshop at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where members engage in case-based programs to develop real-world skills in commercial real estate. As the owner of Lawn Kings Landscaping, Cannon manages high-quality lawn and landscape services for 32 customers while overseeing the business's financials and community relationships in South Bend and Granger, IN. In the role of Philanthropy Chairperson for Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, Cannon successfully organized a major annual soccer event fundraising over $70,000 for the LiveLikeLou ALS Foundation and encouraged participation in additional philanthropic initiatives on campus. Cannon also gained experience as a Gatorade Team Leader, distributing products at the University of Notre Dame camps and promoting athlete recovery. Cannon is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate at Indiana University, expected to graduate in May 2025, and graduated with Core 40 with Academic Honors from Penn High School in June 2021.
