Brendan Crotty, CLCS, CRIS, currently serves as Vice President in the Real Estate & Private Equity Practice at Lockton Companies, specializing in risk management and insurance. With extensive experience in the rowing community, Brendan actively holds positions as Treasurer for both the Maritime Rowing Club and New Canaan High School Rowing, as well as serving on the Executive Board of the RowAmerica Charitable Foundation. Previous roles include Vice President at USI Insurance Services, focusing on real estate and private equity risk management, and President of RowAmerica Manufacturing/WinTech Racing, overseeing operations in composite marine sports equipment. Earlier in the career, Brendan founded and managed King Racing, served as Director of Sales for WinTech Racing, and gained experience in education as a teacher and rowing coach. Brendan holds a Private Pilot License from Eagle Air Flight School and is an alumnus of the University at Buffalo and Canisius High School.
