The Benefits Team at Lockton Affinity designs and manages comprehensive employee benefits programs for various affinity groups, non-profits, and associations. They tailor benefits packages to meet client needs, provide client support during enrollment periods, and ensure seamless administration and communication of benefits. This team includes the Benefits Practice Leader, who oversees strategic initiatives, a Jr. Benefits Team Lead who assists with program management, and a Bilingual Benefits Enroller who supports diverse client populations.
