Tina Caldwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and training within the insurance and customer service sectors. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Lockton Affinity since July 2014, Tina has a proven track record of soliciting new business opportunities and negotiating proposals to meet client needs. Prior to this role, Tina worked as an Account Manager/Sales Consultant at Zurich Agency Service, where responsibilities included presenting products to insurance carriers. Tina’s tenure at Zurich North America spanned over a decade, encompassing training and development as well as customer service supervision. Earlier in the career, Tina served as the Director of the Afterschool Care Program at Johnson County Parks and Recreation. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Emporia State University.
