Ryan Waldo has over 25 years of work experience in a variety of industries. In 1992, they began their career as an Outdoor Enthusiast at Human Powered Exploration. Ryan then worked as a Sales Manager at Western Reserve Cycle in 1994, followed by a Sales Representative and Market Manager at Sherwin-Williams in 1999. In 2003, they took on the role of Finish Specialist at M.L. Campbell / Distributor Service Inc., and in 2006 they became the VP Sales & Marketing at Advanced Architectural Panel / Select Veneer Company. In 2011, they were the Marketing Director Program, Export, Architectural Sales at BACON VENEER COMPANY, and in 2012 they were the Project Division Architectural Plywood at Formwood Industries. Ryan currently works as a Senior Sales Executive at Lockstep.

Ryan Waldo received a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Ohio University between 1996 and 1999. Ryan also received a Certificate from The Disney Institute in 2013, studying Disney's Approach to Business Excellence. Additionally, they obtained a Sociology Criminology degree from Ohio University between 1995 and 1998, studying Social Sciences. Ryan Waldo attended Hocking College between 1995 and 1996, but did not receive a degree. Ryan also has additional certifications from Raytheon Professional Services (RPS) Leadership Development (2012), Buffalo Trace Essence of Bourbon (2017), and ARCHITECTURAL WOODWORK INSTITUTE Speakers bureau (no year given) from AWI Quality Certification Corporation.
