Jerry A. Lindheim is a seasoned attorney and partner at van der Veen, Hartshorn, Levin & Lindheim since September 2022, and at Locks Law Firm since 2000. With extensive experience in complex personal injury litigation within state and federal courts, Jerry specializes in areas such as pharmaceutical and toxic tort litigation, products liability, medical negligence, nursing home litigation, and civil rights violations. Prior roles include Senior Litigation Associate at Gordon & Weinberg, and Litigation Associate at Liss & Tintenfass. Jerry began their career at Margolis Edelstein as an intern and associate handling defense matters. Jerry earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Biology from Temple University.
