Yesol Go is a Senior Research Associate I at Locanabio, Inc., since November 2021, specializing in the development and optimization of ddPCR and qRT-PCR assays to evaluate transgene expression and vector genome biodistribution for RNA-targeted gene therapies. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Associate II at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, where Yesol Go conducted mammary orthotopic transplantation studies and utilized FACS for mammary epithelium analysis. Earlier, Yesol Go worked as a Laboratory Technician at Abbott, focusing on optimizing gold-antibody conjugation ratios for lateral flow assays and conducting quality tests on market products. Yesol Go holds a degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego, obtained in June 2018.
