João Rodarte is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in product development, engineering, design, data, and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at Localiza&Co, João has previously held key positions including Director of Agile, Data & AI and Head of the Agile Transformation Office. Prior to that, João worked at Bain & Company in various consultant roles, advancing from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant. João's early career includes an internship in the Presidential Directorate at Vallourec Tubos do Brasil S.A. and research work as a scientific initiation scholarship holder at CNPq - Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico. Additionally, João has held a leadership role at Bartender Brasil as Coordinator.
