Katia Hausman currently serves as Vice President of Product Management at USA TODAY NETWORK | LOCALiQ, where responsibilities include developing and executing paid media and product strategies for small and medium-sized businesses, enhancing lead generation and user engagement. Previously, Katia was Executive Director of Product Management for Ad Products at YP, where a significant transition from print to digital lead generation was executed through innovative paid search product launches. Katia's earlier experience at ReachLocal involved directing the international expansion of a search product, achieving market growth through complex integrations with international search publishers. Additional roles include Product Development Manager and Product Operations Senior Manager at Pacifica Hotels. Katia's education includes an Executive Leadership Program from Cornell University, a Business Management Program in Marketing from UCLA, and a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Tula State University.
