Kyle Vanelli is an experienced Policy Officer at Local Trust since October 2023, with a robust background in international relations and humanitarian assistance. Prior roles include serving as a Consultant and Event Officer for LSESU Social Impact Advisory, where impactful research was conducted on cash and voucher assistance programs. Kyle has provided essential support as a Casework Volunteer at the Refugee Council, assisting refugees with welfare and benefits in collaboration with various stakeholders. Additional experience includes a Public Diplomacy Internship at the U.S. Department of State, where diplomatic communications were drafted regarding political developments in Turkey, and several internships at USAID, focusing on strategy development and resource procurement. Kyle holds a degree in International Relations and History from The London School of Economics and Political Science, complemented by a strong educational background from the American Embassy School in New Delhi and the International School of Bangkok.
