Allye Ratledge

Director of Member and Partner Engagement at Local Media Consortium

Allye Ratledge has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Allye started their career as a Band and Choir Teacher at Ennis School in 2002. From 2003 to 2010, they worked as an Executive Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, Vice President for Research. In 2010, Allye took on the role of Analyst - Audit and DNFSB Liaison at IBM and the Department of Energy - Office of River Protection. Allye then transitioned to a role as an Executive Assistant at eaHELP from 2014 to 2016. In 2018, they joined TJS Veterinary Services as a Senior Director - Web Master and Marketing & Communications. Currently, Allye is the Director of Member and Partner Engagement at the Local Media Consortium, where they oversee the development, execution, and promotion of engagement between member and partner companies.

Allye Ratledge attended Tullahoma High School from 1993 to 1997, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following high school, they enrolled at Tennessee Technological University from 1997 to 2002. During this time, they focused on Music Education with a specialization in Vocal.
