Jen Sowers currently holds the position of Deposit Operations Special Projects at First Bank since March 2022. Prior to that, Jen worked as a Deposit Operations Supervisor at Select Bank & Trust Company from August 2020 to March 2022. With experience spanning over two decades, Jen started as a Teller at Crescent State Bank in 1999 and eventually worked their way up to Branch Operations Manager. Jen also served as a Corporate Trainer at Select Bank & Trust and held the position of CSR/Teller at United Federal Savings Bank. Overall, Jen has a strong background in banking operations and management.
