Abdulrahman Al Samari serves as the CEO of the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority since January 2019 and has held multiple board member positions across various organizations, including SAIP, the Research, Development and Innovation Authority, the Saudi Fund for Development, مجلس التجارة الإلكترونية, Saudi EXIM Bank, and the National Technology Development Program. Al Samari has extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles, previously serving as VP and Managing Director at the Local Content and Private Sector Development Unit and as Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Economy and Planning. Al Samari holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and a Master's degree in Business Administration from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
