Taylor Goodson is an accomplished musician and educator with extensive experience in percussion performance, composition, and music education. Currently, Taylor serves as Principal Tympani for the East Brunswick Symphony Orchestra, while also handling day-to-day operations and events as Scheduling Administrator at Montclair State University's John J. Cali School of Music. With a robust freelance career, Taylor has performed with esteemed ensembles such as the Metropolitan Opera and New York Philharmonic, and has collaborated with notable musicians as a composer and arranger published by Rowloff Productions. As a dedicated educator, Taylor has provided private percussion instruction and has held teaching roles at Paramus High School and Montclair State University. Taylor holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance from Montclair State University.
