Carla-Jane Geldart is an experienced professional in instructional design and content creation, currently serving as Lead Instructional Designer at Lobster Ink since August 2017, where the focus is on developing innovative learning solutions for major clients in the hospitality industry. Previously, Carla-Jane held various roles, including Copy Editor at TowerStone, Production Team Lead at Lobster Ink, and Educationist at Lobster Ink, where responsibilities ranged from ensuring content accuracy to leading the production of high-quality online courses. Early career experiences included roles as Cabin Crew with Emirates, Content and Copy Writer at Univision Group, Office Manager at Prestige International Institute, and a reporting internship with Independent Newspapers. Carla-Jane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Visual Communication from the University of Pretoria, obtained in 2010.
