Sharla Paraskevopoulos has extensive experience in leadership roles within the retail and human resources sectors. Currently serving as SVP of Loblaws Real Estate and SVP of Operations for the Market Division at Loblaw Companies Limited since October 2018, Sharla previously held the position of SVP of Human Resources at Shoppers Drug Mart from October 2015 to October 2018. Sharla's career at Loblaw began in December 2008 as VP of Human Resources, following a role as Director of Communications and Employee Programs at MDS Sciex from 2001 to 2008. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Consultant at Hirepower, an HR Generalist at Edward Jones, and as Assistant Store Manager at Gap Inc. Sharla earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University.
