Gaojie Fan, PhD, is a UX researcher and designer currently working at WeConcile, focusing on competitor analysis and mobile product redesign with an emphasis on gamification. At Vigolive, user experience research involves conducting user interviews, analyzing pain points, and presenting visual data insights using SQL, Excel, and Power BI. Previous experience includes a postdoctoral researcher role at Louisiana State University, where Gaojie Fan conducted cognitive psychology research, and as a graduate fellow at Miami University, where qualitative and quantitative psychology research projects were conducted and a college-level course was taught. Educational credentials include a PhD in Psychology from Miami University and certifications in UI/UX Design from Springboard, along with dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Mathematics from Colorado State University, and Statistics from East China Normal University.
