Daryl Usprech, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Director of EPCM North America at BGIS since January 2023. Previously, Daryl held the role of Digital Transformation Director at Suncor from September 2009 to December 2022, where responsibilities included the planning and implementation of SAP S/4HANA and Workday digital transformation projects, managing two teams of over ten members each for construction build-out and change readiness. Daryl also served as the Network Planning Director for Real Estate/Asset Management at Suncor, overseeing a portfolio valued at $2.5 billion. Prior to Suncor, Daryl worked as the Financial Planning & Performance Manager for Retail Operations at Petro-Canada, managing a $5 billion retail business and a team of five. Daryl holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History from York University.
