Stephan Botz currently serves as a Consultant and Team Lead for the Public Sector at LOBECO GmbH, specializing in data-driven communication advisory within politics, the public sector, and businesses since July 2021. Prior to this role, Stephan Botz worked as a Junior Analyst and Political Analyst at the Bernstein Group from February 2019 to December 2020. Earlier professional experiences include positions as a Research Trainee and Werkstudent at ZF Group, as well as an internship in the Bundestag under Member of Parliament Andreas Scheuer. Academically, Stephan Botz holds a Master of Arts in Governance and Public Policy from the Universität Passau and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Regensburg.
