Stefan Muehlemann is a Swiss entrepreneur and investor. Stefan has held various roles in the finance and technology sectors since 2015. In 2015, they founded and became the Chairman of Loanboox, an independent debt issuing platform connecting public sector, large corporate and real estate borrowers with banks and institutional investors in Switzerland, Germany, France, Liechtenstein and Austria. In 2018, they became a Founding Board Member and Investor of gapfruit AG, a modern microkernel platform with capability-based security. In 2019, they became a Seed Investor of Inkitt and Carvolution AG, and a Limited Partner of Redalpine and Discovery Ventures. In 2021, they became a Founding Board Member of radicant and an Industry Board Member of Valuu. Stefan is currently a Fachrat Digitalisierung Kanton Graubünden at Graubünden Digital and an Angel Investor at Omnibiz Africa.

Stefan Muehlemann obtained their BBA from GSBA Graduate School of Business Administration in 1999-2000. Stefan then went on to pursue an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, which they completed in 2004. In 2003, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration from London Business School. In 2019, they completed a Verwaltungsrat-Seminar from Universität St.Gallen (HSG), Executive School, Law & Management. Additionally, in June 2004, they were certified with a Master of Business Administation from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
