Nicky Hsieh has a wealth of work experience. Nicky began their career in 1999 as a Senior Associate at Ion Global. In 2003, they moved to Mindshare as an Associate Manager in the Digital Media Department. In 2005, they became Self-Employed at Echo1 Consulting. In 2007, they were appointed Director of the Digital Media Department at MediaDrive. In 2015, they co-founded Network & Teaching 恩提網路. In 2016, they co-founded Topic Factory and was also appointed Chief Strategy Officer at LnData, INC. In 2018, they were appointed Planning Convener of Asiahub New Media Summit at NMEA 新媒體影視發展協會. In 2021, they were appointed Director at 台灣數位媒體應用行銷協會.

Nicky Hsieh received their Executive Master of Science degree from National Taiwan University in 2019, where they studied Interdisciplinary, Integration, and Innovation. Nicky also received a Master degree from National Chengchi University in 2008, where they studied IMBA. Nicky also attended MMOT, but no degree or field of study was specified.
