Joaquin Ulloa has extensive experience in leadership and management within the fields of loyalty programs, customer relationship management (CRM), and technology integration. Currently serving as CEO of Conexus-Group since January 2015, Joaquin Ulloa focuses on eCRM, omnichannel strategies, and customer engagement applications. Previously, Joaquin Ulloa founded ELCOS Contact Center and INSIST, where program design and CRM project management were prioritized. Joaquin Ulloa also held the position of General Manager at both ELCOS Contact Center and Rapp and CIS Technology, contributing to the direct marketing and CRM sectors. Educational background includes a degree in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Costa Rica and ongoing studies in Marketing and Business Administration at Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica.
