Caroline Pike is an accomplished professional in the entertainment and event management industry, currently serving as the Lead Labor Touring Coordinator at LMG Touring & Entertainment since May 2024. Previous roles include positions as a Merchandising Assistant and Production Runner at Orlando Amphitheater, as well as Guest Services/Special Ops at Insomniac Events, supporting multiple festivals from 2022 to 2023. Caroline also held roles as a VIP Assistant for On The List Presents and Live Nation Entertainment, and as a Production Assistant for the NIVA Conference. Additional experience includes serving as Technician Resource Center Coordinator at Entertainment Technology Partners and assisting with customer support at the Sundance Film Festival. Caroline earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management in May 2022.
