Ilja Kitajevs has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President at LMAX Group since September 2011. Prior to this role, Ilja worked as an FX Broker at Marex Financial and as a Senior Sales Executive at Finotec. Ilja's career began at Saxo Bank, where valuable skills were developed in various positions, including Head of Remote Eastern Europe Desk and roles in Institutional Sales. Ilja holds an MBA from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from Concordia International University Estonia and Lakeland University. Additionally, Ilja has earned an ACI Dealing Certificate in Finance.
