Ravi Kappagantu is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Architecture and Innovations at Lloyds Technology Centre India since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ravi held various leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase from February 2001 to March 2024, including Executive Director for Global Technology and Application Developer Manager, where responsibilities included leading Speech Analytics and engagement technologies, as well as architecting cloud-native solutions. Ravi's early career includes an IT Analyst position at Tata Consultancy Services from August 1995 to February 2001. Ravi holds a PG Level Advanced Certification in Deep Learning from the Indian Institute of Science, a Senior Management Program certification from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an MCA in Computer Applications from the University of Hyderabad, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Kakatiya University.
