Stuart Martin is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of international experience in HR transformation and people operations. Currently serving as the Director of Global People Services and People Platform Leader at Lloyds Banking Group, Stuart oversees global people operations and leverages AI and automation to enhance colleague experiences. Prior roles include Executive Partner at IBM, where Stuart designed sustainable workforce solutions, and Executive Director at EY, focusing on HR transformation and digital strategies. Additional experience includes leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, Deloitte Consulting, and Accenture, with expertise in talent management, HR strategy, and large-scale business transformation. Stuart holds a B.Social Science degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Cape Town and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Oxford University.
