Rebecca Bates is an experienced Learning Design Consultant at Lloyds Banking Group since January 2023, previously serving as a Front Line Coach at Lex Autolease from April 2017 to January 2023. Rebecca gained valuable project management experience as Project Lead for the 'Quote Match Back' initiative at Arval - BNP Paribas Group, contributing to the successful transfer of vehicle orders and process design. Prior experience includes managing key customer relationships at GE Capital and direct sales as an Assistant Sales Manager at DFS. Early career highlights involve technical responsibilities in entertainment for TUI. Rebecca holds a BA Hons in English Literature and Creative Writing from The Open University and a National Diploma in Performing Arts from Cumbria Institute of the Arts.
