Leonie Mabbott currently serves as the Technical Learning and Capability Lead and Transformation Transition Lead at Lloyds Banking Group, starting in October 2019. In these roles, Leonie leads a team to manage platform transformation and is responsible for transitioning all activities to a business-as-usual state. Additionally, Leonie oversees a team focused on developing the future workforce through capability and learning initiatives. Previously, Leonie held the position of Head of Culture, Communication and Capability for Retail Transformation, managing people change for a team of 4,500 colleagues and collaborating with stakeholders for optimal outcomes. Leonie's earlier experience includes several leadership roles at Lloyds Bank and LloydsTSB from 2010 to 2019 and foundational education at Redhill Sixth Form from 2001 to 2003.
