Jason Banks, CSP, entered the staffing and recruitment industry in 1998, after a successful five-year career in advertising sales at CNN, a division of Turner Broadcasting. This experience put him at the forefront of the eMedia movement and at LLoyd, he spearheaded the placement of nationwide web talent through a division originally known as Spider Staffing, which eventually morphed into LLoydCreative & Digital Talent. Today Jason oversees all of LLoyd’s Direct Hire and Contract/Temporary Staffing divisions and specialized disciplines. He has incorporated AI sourcing tools to harvest active and passive talent through both the open web and LLoyd’s own candidate tracking and engagement system. Jason was named a rising star in the 40 Under Forty by the Long Island Business News. He is a member of the American Staffing Association’s Search and Placement group and is an active board member of the Long Island Software & Technology Network (LIST.net), where he works to promote collaborations between technology companies and their user audiences in the NY Metro Region.
