Gaurav Shukla is an experienced sales professional currently serving as Sales Leader for the West Region at Grohe, part of LIXIL, starting in April 2024. Previously, Gaurav held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Signify (Philips Lighting) from June 2021 to April 2024, where significant contributions included doubling the retail presence of Philips Smart Lights Hubs by launching over 36 stores in three years. Gaurav's earlier roles include Senior Area Manager for both Surfaces & Water Solutions and Lighting at Hafele India, Area Manager at Philips Lighting, and Territory Sales Officer at Hindustan Unilever. Gaurav's education includes two MBAs in Marketing from Balaji Institute of Modern Management and Sri Balaji University in Pune, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ness Wadia College of Commerce.
