Sandra Petersen is an accomplished managing director at Reflektor ry, overseeing the production of audiovisual art festivals across Finland since January 2024, with a mission to make art accessible to wider audiences. Sandra has extensive experience in event production, including roles as a producer at TAPAUS and Sun Effects Oy, where responsibilities included partnership production for Slush 2023 and executing festival case studies. Previously, Sandra served as a producer for Musiikki & Media, leading the annual Industry Awards gala, and gained early experience in various producer roles from 2017, alongside work as a shift manager at Döner Kallio oy. Sandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Management from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and pursued further studies at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague.
