Kathleen Curran, PhD, ACC, is the Founder and CEO of Intercultural Systems, where Kathleen has developed strategies for cultural transformation and organizational effectiveness for Fortune 500 companies since October 1996. In addition to leading Intercultural Systems, Kathleen serves as Adjunct Faculty in the MBA Program at the University of Houston-Downtown, focusing on cultural influences in leadership and management. As a Leadership Development Coach and Facilitator at LIW, Kathleen conducts workshops for multinational companies, aiding participants in integrating new knowledge into behavior. Previously, as Executive Coach and Business Director for Asia at Coach in a Box, Kathleen guided leadership teams on global transformation. Kathleen holds a PhD in Human and Organization Development and various degrees in human and organizational systems, intercultural communication, and linguistics from Fielding Graduate University and The University of Texas at Austin.
