Pooja Soni is an experienced Clinical Physical Therapist with a diverse background encompassing multiple healthcare facilities. Currently serving at StoneSprings Hospital Center, Horizons Home Health Agency, and LivinRite Home Health Services, Pooja has been instrumental in patient evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning, particularly in subacute inpatient settings.
