Previously, Rick was the Engineer/Owner at Machine Dynamics Inc. from March 1994 to November 2008 and served as Engineering Manager at Tecumseh Products Company from July 1990 to February 1994. This diverse background showcases Rick's expertise in engineering and management within the mechanical and hydraulic fields.
