Scott Woods is the Co-Founder and Chief Impact Officer at Living Wage Institute, where Scott works to help employers assess whether their workers are earning a living wage. Scott is also the Founder and CEO of West Arete, a company Scott has been leading since 2005. With previous experience as a System Administrator and Programmer at Penn State University, Scott holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the university. Additionally, Scott pursued a Bachelor of Music in Music Theory and Composition at Penn State University.
