Jonathan De Kam is a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at LiveWire since February 2022, specializing in telematics for LiveWire EV motorcycles, with a focus on firmware over-the-air and backend integration. Prior experience includes a role as an Embedded Software Engineer at Ford Motor Company from May 2013 to February 2022, where responsibilities included software development for CAN/LIN communication, security, and off-board diagnostics. Jonathan also served as a Controls Systems Engineer and Process Development Engineer at Ford, contributing to hardware and software feature requirements and manufacturing processes for the F150 vehicle program.
