Alisa Marsingill, PHR/C-DER, has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Drug and Alcohol Program Manager and Human Resources Administrator at Thales Avionics, Inc., since 2014. Marsingill also held the title of Human Resources Compliance Program Manager, focusing on implementing and maintaining HR compliance programs to mitigate risks and adhere to legal standards.
