Neil Crowson currently serves as a Senior Agri Manager at Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC), where responsibilities include leading an Agri Sales Team of nine across Northland and Upper Waikato since January 2021. Previously, Neil acted as the Territory Manager for the Upper North Island, overseeing three regional agri sales teams. With extensive experience in agribusiness, Neil held the position of Agribusiness Consultant at AgFirst NZ and contributed to Fonterra's Northland Leadership Team and as Area Manager. Prior roles at Ballance Agri-Nutrients Ltd included Senior Field Consultant and Technical Sales Representative, among others, while earlier experience included head of department and plant operator at Farmers Fertiliser. Neil is a Certified Nutrient Management Advisor and has attained degrees in Sustainable Nutrient Management from Massey University. Education began at Whangarei Boys High School.
