Stan Hott has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Stan started their career in 1985 at Rocky Ridge Farm Market, where they worked in various roles including cash register clerk, meat cutter, bakery assistant, produce assistant, and deli assistant.

In 1994, they joined Bikle Manufacturing as a shift supervisor and CNC programmer, where they were responsible for planning and scheduling production activities, managing daily work, and ensuring quality work and progress.

Stan then worked at Moxie Machine & Tool as a shift supervisor from 1999 to 2001. Stan was responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment and oversight of production.

Stan then transitioned to an account manager role at Integra Integrated Solutions in 2001 and worked there until 2002.

From 2002 to 2013, Stan worked at RG Brewton, Inc. as a project manager and AutoCrib specialist.

In 2013, they took on the role of South Central PA Area Representative at Fellowship of Christian Athletes South Central PA, where they focused on influencing coaches and athletes for Jesus Christ.

Stan also served as the director of operations at Dawson Performance starting in 2013.

In 2019, they became the head soccer coach at Liverpool FC International Academy America.
