Nicholas Adams has a diverse work experience in the field of soccer coaching and retail merchandising. Nicholas has worked as a Head Soccer Coach at Liverpool FC International Academy America, coaching and developing a new team. Prior to that, they worked at SAS Retail Services, where they translated display planograms and led special audit projects. Nicholas also served as an Assistant Director of Coaching at FCUSA Coastal and as a Retail Representative at CROSSMARK. Additionally, Nicholas has experience as an Olympic Development Coach at Massachusetts Youth Soccer and as a Head Soccer Coach at Nova Premier S.C. Nicholas has also worked as a Merchandising Associate at Set and Service Resources and as the Girls Varsity High School Soccer Coach at New Bedford Public Schools. Furthermore, Nicholas has experience as an Academy - Training Programs Coach at New York Red Bulls and as the U17 Girls Head Coach at Black Watch Premier Soccer.

Nicholas Adams attended Chilwell Comprehensive School from 1976 to 1983, but no degree or field of study is specified. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained several soccer-related qualifications. In 2006, they obtained the 1st 4 for Sport Level 1 Coaching Badge from The Football Association. The following year, in 2007, they obtained the 1st 4 for Sport Level 2 Coaching Badge, also from The Football Association. Starting in 2010, Nicholas obtained various coaching diplomas and certifications from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). These include the Advanced Regional Diploma in 2010, the National Diploma in 2012, the Director of Coaching certification in 2012, the Reading the Game certification in 2013, the NFHS/NSCAA Professional Development certification in 2014, and the Goalkeeping Diploma, Level 1 certification in 2014. Their most recent certification is the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma - Distinguished Pass, obtained in August 2015.
