Declan Hughes is an experienced sports professional currently serving as the Youth Sports Director at XL Sports World since May 2023. Concurrently, Declan has been a Soccer Coach for Liverpool FC International Academy America since August 2020 and previously held a coaching position at Soccer Shots Franchising from February 2020 to April 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Sports Coach at USA Sport Group for a brief period in mid-2019. Declan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Studies from the University of Stirling, obtained between 2014 and 2018.
