Bruce Hansen has extensive experience in corporate governance and executive leadership, currently serving as Board Chair at Verisk since May 2015, where responsibilities include roles on various committees. Hansen is also a Board Member at LivePerson, participating in the Operating and Audit Committees, and has held significant board positions at Mitek Systems, GDS Link, LLC, and RevSpring, among others. Previously, Hansen co-founded ID Analytics, serving as Chairman and CEO until its acquisition by LifeLock, and held the position of President at HNC Software prior to its acquisition by FICO. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
