Amy (Nelson) DiasAbeygunawardena is an experienced HR and Talent professional with a strong background in people operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Livefront since August 2022, Amy oversees the development and alignment of HR strategies to support the company's collaborative culture and growth. Prior to this role, Amy held senior HR positions at Veranex and Worrell, where responsibilities included leading post-M&A integration, managing compliance, and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
