Nick Ferguson has a long and varied work history. In 2007, they were an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Geography at the Department for Education. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at NM Group, where they held various roles such as Senior Vice President, Head of Global Products, and Business Planning and Development Manager. In 2017, they became a Senior Vice President at Trimble Inc., and in 2018, they were Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Enview. In 2018, they also took on a Mentor role at the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association. In 2020, they founded Ferguson King Consulting Inc., and in 2021, they became the Founder of GEO CEO and Host of The UVM Podcast. Currently, they are Vice President Infrastructure (Electric T&D, Pipelines, Rail) at LiveEO.
Nick Ferguson attended Harrogate Grammar from 1999 to 2005, where they earned A-levels (5) and GCSEs (11). Nick then went on to Durham University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a BSc in Physical Geography. In 2012, they attended SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, where they earned a UKTI Marketing Scholarship - Mumbai in Marketing. Finally, they attended Durham University Business School from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management.
