Svetlana Hovhannisyan has been working in the Human Resources and Tech Recruiting fields since 2016. From 2021 to present, they have held the position of Human Resources Manager and Tech Recruiter at InConcept Labs and LiveBoard. In 2019, they were a Tech Recruiter and Human Resources Manager at BlueNet, a US-based Software Development company in Yerevan. Her role at BlueNet included job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and feedbacking as well as organizing teambuilding activities. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Recruitment Manager at Logistics Plus Inc., where their main responsibility was recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and feedbacking. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Human Resources Generalist and Recruitment Specialist at Crowe and Asatryans LLC, an auditing company located in Yerevan. Her roles there included job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and feedbacking, as well as organizing teambuilding activities.

Svetlana Hovhannisyan attended Yerevan State University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philology. In 2019, they enrolled in the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) and the University of Minnesota, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services in 2020. Svetlana also obtained a Master's degree from Harvard University in 2020.
