Brian Zaversnik is an accomplished managing director specializing in portfolio management at McCarthy Capital, where a career spanning over a decade includes roles as principal, portfolio director, and vice president. At McCarthy Capital, the focus is on partnering with management teams, founders, and families to drive business growth. In addition to ongoing leadership at McCarthy Capital, Brian serves on the boards of various organizations, including Navigate, Rently, Triage Staffing, and United Real Estate Group, among others. Brian holds an MBA in Finance, Management & Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, as well as an MPA in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
